Reason / Defects: The battery compartment is not adequately secured and the button batteries in the product are easily accessible. Hazards: If young children gain access to the button batteries and ingest them, they may suffer internal burn injuries, which can result in serious illness and even death. In addition, the batteries may pose a choking hazard to young children. What to do: Consumers should stop using the product and ensure it is kept out of reach of children. Owners of the affected products have been advised by their school to return the product to the school office for a full refund.
