Reason / Defects: The silicone may be damaged and tear and the button batteries may not be adequately secured, so the button batteries in the product may be easily accessible. Hazards: If young children gain access to the button batteries and ingest them, they may suffer internal burn injuries, which can result in serious illness and even death. In addition, the batteries may pose a choking hazard to young children. Insertion of button batteries into a body orifice such as ears and nose can also lead to significant injuries. What to do: Consumers should stop using the item and immediately and return to any Red Dot store for a full refund of the purchase price.
