Reason / Defects: The button/coin batteries may not be adequately secured and may be accessible by young children. The product does not include warning information about the dangers of button/coin batteries to children. Hazards: There is a risk of choking, serious injury or death if young children gain access to the button/coin batteries and swallow them or place them inside their body. Consumers may be unaware that the product contains button batteries. What to do: Consumers should stop using the product immediately and keep out of reach of children.
