Reason / Defects: Repeated bending of the hose tip can cause a hole to form, which can cause the hose to burst. Hazards: Risk of serious injuries including lacerations if the hose bursts during use. Incidents causing injury have occurred. What to do: Consumers should stop using the Grease Gun immediately. Consumers should remove the battery from the Grease Gun and any grease from the barrel. Makita will arrange for your Grease Gun to be fitted with a new hose.
