The lamps do not comply with mandatory electrical safety requirements. Some of the lamps have exposed live parts. Other lamps have inadequate insulation which could result in the lamps becoming live in case of an internal fault.

Reason / Defects: The lamps do not comply with mandatory electrical safety requirements. Some of the lamps have exposed live parts. Other lamps have inadequate insulation which could result in the lamps becoming live in case of an internal fault. Hazards: There is a risk of serious injury or death from electric shock or electrocution when using these lamps. What to do: 1. Stop using the lamp and unplug it from power immediately. 2. All desk and floor standing lamps sold by Panda Mart are recalled. Affected lamps are marked with a label showing “Item No: X8014*** ”. The images below are only a selection of affected lamps. Please refer to the document "Catalogue of affected desk lamps" (below) which shows all affected desk lamps. There are no images of the affected floor standing lamps.
