Reason / Defects: The dummy chain does not comply with the Australian mandatory standard 'Consumer Goods (Babies Dummies and Dummy Chains) Safety Standard 2017'. The chain length may be longer than that specified in the standard. Hazards: The dummy chain may get caught around an infant/child's throat and pose a strangulation hazard. What to do: Consumers should stop using the dummy chain until they have checked the length of the chain. If the dummy chain is longer than 22cm, consumers should return the product to the supplier to receive a replacement.
