The squeaker may detach from the toy. The size of the small crocodile heads is smaller than permitted dimensions. Hazards: The squeaker may pose a choking or suffocation hazard for young children. The heads on the small crocodiles may become lodged in a young child's throat and pose a choking or suffocation hazard.
