TranslatedReason / Defects: Due to a manufacturing defect, the tyre sidewall may break or degrade. This may lead to rapid pressure loss or reduced performance in the tyre. Hazards: If there is a rapid pressure loss or the tyre degrades, this may lead to tyre failure, resulting in loss of vehicle control. This may increase the risk of serious injury or death to vehicle occupants and other road users. What to do: All known owners will be contacted by the retailers of the tyres. If you believe you have an affected tyre, please immediately contact Continental to arrange for identification and replacement of any affected tyres, free of charge.
