Reason / Defects: The power lead passing through the lamps head fixture is missing its outer sheath protection. Inner power wires may become exposed through regular use of the adjustable head. Hazards: Risk of electric shock or electrocution causing injury or death. What to do: Immediately stop using the lamp by unplugging from the mains power outlet. Consumers should return the lamp to any Early Settler store for a full refund or store credit.
