Reason / Defects: The product emits a strong chemical odour that may cause reactions to consumers, as it did not cure properly during the manufacturing process. Hazards: Risk of serious injury and/or illness if the products come into contact with skin or if the odour is inhaled. Incidents have occurred resulting in serious injury. What to do: Stop using the product immediately. Return the quilt cover to your nearest Kmart store for a refund. Contact Kmart Australia Ltd call: 1800 124 125 7:00 am to 6:00 pm, Monday to Friday.
