Reason / Defects: The throttle limiting adjustment screw may be improperly adjusted, which may cause the throttle to become stuck open and cause the vehicle to accelerate without throttle input. Hazards: There is a risk of serious injury or death if the rider loses control of the vehicle or is unable to stop the vehicle due to a jammed throttle. What to do: Consumers should stop using the product immediately. Consumers should contact their nearest CFMOTO dealership to arrange for a free replacement of the affected parts.
