Reason / Defects: The package may not have been properly sealed during manufacturing, which may lead to mould growth. Hazards: Risk of allergic reaction and illness, including skin and eye irritation or infection, if mould is present in a wipe that is used on skin. Individuals with sensitive skin or weakened immune systems may be at greater risk. Incidents have occurred. What to do: Stop using the product immediately. Return the product to the place of purchase for a full refund. Alternatively, consumers can submit a photograph of the product including the batch code and manufacture date directly to Bunjie to receive a full refund or a gift card, before disposing of the product.
