Reason / Defects: The products do not comply with the 'Consumer Goods (Elastic luggage straps) Safety Standard 2017'. The products do not have the correct safety warning label. Hazards: The bungee cords do not have the appropriate safety warning labelling and could potentially be misused, resulting in injury to the user or bystanders. What to do: Consumers who purchased the products should return them to Quail Direct for a full refund. Consumers should return the item to the address below (no postage required). Please include your customer number (if available), name and address details in the return parcel.
