The bolts used to secure the seat can become loose and allow the seat to detach from the pedestal base.

Reason / Defects: The bolts used to secure the seat can become loose and allow the seat to detach from the pedestal base. Hazards: There is a risk of serious injury to young children if the seat detaches and falls from the base. This defect has occurred and caused injuries overseas. What to do: Consumers should stop using the highchair immediately. Consumers should contact TOMY for a free repair kit. Consumers will receive a set of bolts and split and flat washers to repair the highchair. For more information, consumers can contact TOMY Australia by phone on 03 9799 5500 from 9 am to 3 pm, Monday to Friday or via email at serviceaus@tomy.com
