Reason / Defects: The product does not comply with the mandatory standard for bean bags . The product does not have the correct warning label. The product was supplied with a paperclip which can facilitate movement of the child-resistant fastener (zipper) used to insert or remove the polystyrene bean filling. Hazards: There is a risk of choking or suffocation in young children, leading to severe injury or death, if they access the polystyrene bean filling or climb inside the bean bag. What to do: Consumers should immediately stop using the product and keep it out of reach of children until they receive from Beachside Style: a replacement warning label to be affixed to the product, and instructions on how to affix it. instructions on how to remove the supplied paperclip from the zipper slider. If a consumer cannot affix the replacement warning label, Beachside Style will organise for the product to be returned and remedied.
