Reason / Defects: The product does not comply with the 'Consumer Goods (Bean Bags) Safety Standard 2014. Consumer Protection Notice No. 4 of 2014 as amended'. The product has a tag connected to the child-resistant fastener. Hazards: Children may be able to use the child-resistant fastener. Polystyrene beans may pose a choking or suffocation hazard for infants and young children. What to do: Consumers should return the bean bag to any PLE Store for an on the spot repair, or contact PLE Computers to arrange for a repair kit and instructions to be sent out.
