Reason / Defects: Affected chargers with uninsulated plug pins do not comply with the Australian electrical safety standards. Hazards: Risk of electric shock, which can cause serious injury or death. What to do: Consumers should immediately stop using affected chargers by first switching it off at the power outlet (often on your wall) and then removing the adaptor from the power outlet. Consumers should store the charger securely and go to www.cleanskinmtb.com/battery-charger to register their contact details and to make arrangements for the safe disposal or return of the product for a replacement free of charge.
