Reason / Defects: A tine on the fork may break while in use. Hazards: There is a risk of death or serious injury from choking or injury from laceration if the fork breaks during use. What to do: Consumers should stop using affected forks immediately. Dispose of the forks. Contact bobo&boo by e-mail on hello@boboandboo.com.au to arrange for a refund for the fork, consumers will need an order number. For more information contact bobo&boo on hello@boboandboo.com.au
