The stroller does not comply with the mandatory standard 'Competition and Consumer Act 2010 - Consumer Protection Notice No. 8 of 2007 - Consumer Product Safety Standard for Prams and Strollers'. When the handle of the product is in one of the lower four positions, a gap is created between the main body of the stroller and the handle. The manufacturer labels are also missing or insufficient.

Reason / Defects: The stroller does not comply with the mandatory standard 'Competition and Consumer Act 2010 - Consumer Protection Notice No. 8 of 2007 - Consumer Product Safety Standard for Prams and Strollers'. When the handle of the product is in one of the lower four positions, a gap is created between the main body of the stroller and the handle. The manufacturer labels are also missing or insufficient. Hazards: If the child’s head becomes trapped in the resulting gap, this may pose a serious risk of injury to the child. What to do: Consumers should stop using the product and contact Ozsmart Trading Pty Ltd to arrange product repair.
