Reason / Defects: The earth connection may be missing from the LED mounting plate and the internal wiring may be missing its harness. The user can touch live parts if the internal wiring becomes loose and makes contact with the unearthed metal enclosure. Hazards: Risk of electric shock, which can cause serious injury or death. What to do: Consumers should immediately stop using the product, disconnect it from the power supply and return it to the place of purchase for inspection and repair, replacement or a refund.
