Reason / Defects: The adaptors do not meet Australian Electrical Safety Requirements as the plug pins are uninsulated and they do not have the required Australian Regulatory Compliance Mark. Hazards: Risk of serious injury or death from electric shock from uninsulated plug pins. Risk of property damage if the product catches fire. What to do: Consumers should immediately stop using the adaptors and disconnect from power supply and appliances. Return the adaptor to any BIG W store for a full refund, or contact recall@clgroup.au to arrange the return of the product and refund. Travel adaptors for use with the below plugs with no power conversion: Europe to Australia - Adaptor EU to Aus/NZ USA to Australia - Adaptor USA to Aus/NZ UK to Australia - Adaptor UK to Aus/NZ Only products with markings '-16' and '-17' are affected by this recall. These markings are on the rear of the adaptor.
