Reason / Defects: The teethers have white ear inserts that can separate from the main ear. Hazards: If the white ear insert detaches from the teether, it may become lodged in an infant's throat and pose a choking or suffocation hazard. What to do: Consumers should immediately cease using these products and return the products to any Kmart store for a full refund.
