Reason / Defects: The three screws used to attach the legs to the base of the chair may be too short, and if a child rocks on it, leans on it at an angle, or climbs on it, the chair may break. Hazards: If the chair breaks while in use, this could cause an injury. What to do: Consumers should immediately stop using the product and return it to a Target Australia store for a full refund or contact TargetRecalls@target.com.au for options for receiving a refund. A receipt is not required to obtain a refund.
