TranslatedReason / Defects: Due to a manufacturing defect associated with the rod (handle), the mechanism that holds the weights in place does not lock properly. Hazards: If the mechanism does not lock properly, the weights may fall off the rod, increasing the risk of injury. What to do: Consumers should stop using the product immediately.
