Reason / Defects: Affected products may not comply with the mandatory standard for toys for children up to and including 36 months of age . The gearstick knob on the toy can detach during play. Hazards: There is a risk of choking, suffocation or death to young children if they put the detached gearstick part into their mouth. What to do: Consumers should stop using the Little Drive toy immediately. Consumers can return the toy to any Adairs store for a full refund or contact Adairs for a pre-paid label to post the toy back to Adairs.
