Reason / Defects: The product does not comply with Australian electrical safety standards. Hazards: Risk of death, serious injury from electric shock or fire, including property damage. What to do: Do not use the charger and turn it off immediately. Contact a licenced electrician to have it uninstalled. Contact AUPK for a full refund of the product that also includes the initial installation and uninstallation costs for this product. When contacting AUPK for your refund, provide: Electrician’s receipt for the installation and uninstallation of the product. Evidence of the product being destroyed and disposed of in accordance with local e-waste regulations. For more information or assistance with this recall and the refund process, please contact AUPK.
