Reason / Defects: The exterior door handle actuators on some Model Year 2024-2025 Ranger XD 1500 and Crew XD 1500 vehicles may stick and cause the door to unexpectedly open while the vehicle is moving. Hazards: Risk of serious injury or death or property damage if the door opens while the vehicle is in use. What to do: Stop using the vehicle immediately. Contact your authorised Polaris dealer to arrange a free repair. Consumers should not attempt repairs themselves. Repairs must only be done by an authorised Polaris dealer.
