Hazards: Misuse of the ramps may occur as a result of missing instructions and safety markings. There is potential for a crushing hazard if the ramps' roll-off or overloading protection fails, or the ramps are misused while a person is near or underneath the vehicle. This may result in serious injury or death. What to do: Consumers should immediately stop using the product.
