Baseus has received 76 reports of incidents involving the portable chargers, including 72 reports of bulging and four reports of fire, including three reports of property damage. What to do: Stop using affected power banks immediately. Dispose of the power bank in accordance with local requirements for disposing of lithium batteries. Contact Baseus to arrange a full refund. You will need to provide your contact information and a photo of the affected power bank showing the model and serial number that are printed on the bottom of the device.
