Hazards: There is a risk of serious injury to the user if they are struck by the ejected plunger assembly. What to do: Follow this link to register your recalled manifold on the Fluke website. Please include your full contact information, including an email and shipping address. Once registered, you will receive a return postage label so that it can be returned to FLUKE for repair and returned to you free of charge.
