Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled remote and contact WARN Customer Service for a replacement remote.For more information about this recall, including instructions, and to request a replacement wired remote, and wireless HUB remote, consumers can go to WARN’s website: https://www.warn.com/vr-evo-remote-info. Consumers can also contact WARN Customer Service at cs@warn.com or by telephone at 1-800-543-9276 Monday to Friday between 7 AM and 4 PM PST.Please note that the Canada Consumer Product Safety Act prohibits recalled products from being redistributed, sold or even given away in Canada.Health Canada would like to remind Canadians to report any health or safety incidents related to the use of this product or any other consumer product or cosmetic by filling out the Consumer Product Incident Report Form.This recall is also posted on the OECD Global Portal on Product Recalls website.
