Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled water heater and contact VESTA.DS to have a certified technician install the free repair. For more information, consumers can contact VESTA.DS by telephone at 1-888-505-5525, from 8:30am to 6pm ET, Monday through Friday, by email at condensingwaterheater@realtimeresults.net or online at www.recallrtr.com/condensingwaterheater or at https://www.vestahws.com and click on “Recall” under the “Documents/Support” tab at the top of the page for more information. Joint recall with Health Canada, the United States Consumer Product Safety Commission (US CPSC) and VESTA.DS, Inc.Health Canada would like to remind consumers to report any health or safety incidents related to the use of this product or any other consumer product or cosmetic by filling out the Consumer Product Incident Report Form.This recall is also posted on the OECD Global Portal on Product Recalls website. You can visit this site for more information on other international consumer product recalls.
