Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled basketball goals and contact Goalsetter Systems Inc. for a free inspection of the installed wall-mounted goal and free installation of an additional safety bracket, or free removal of the basketball goal with a full refund.For more information, consumers can contact Goalsetter Systems Inc. by calling toll-free at 855-951-7460 (from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. ET Monday through Friday) or visit the company website https://www.goalsetter.com/pages/basketball-wall-mount-recall and https://www.goalsetter.com/ and click on “SAFETY & RECALL” at the top of the page for more information.Please note that the Canada Consumer Product Safety Act prohibits recalled products from being redistributed, sold or even given away in Canada.Health Canada would like to remind Canadians to report any health or safety incidents related to the use of this product or any other consumer product or cosmetic by filling out the Consumer Product Incident Report Form.This recall is also posted on the OECD Global Portal on Product Recalls website.
