Bassinet: Consumers should not use the bassinet of the Harmony Play & Go Playard without the accompanying bassinet structural support bars in place. Consumers should contact Harmony to receive a free kit to eliminate the possibility of removing the bassinet structural support bars.Change Table: Consumers should immediately detach and discard the change table straps and stop using the instructions for the change table. Consumers should contact Harmony to obtain updated change table instructions. Once the updated change table instructions have been reviewed, consumers may continue to use Harmony Play & Go Playard change table in accordance with the updated instructions.For updated instructions, additional information or to schedule a call with Harmony, consumers may contact Harmony Juvenile by email at: customerservice@harmonyjuvenile.com.Please note that the Canada Consumer Product Safety Act prohibits recalled products from being redistributed, sold or even given away in Canada.Health Canada would like to remind Canadians to report any health or safety incidents related to the use of this product or any other consumer product or cosmetic by filling out the Consumer Product Incident Report Form.This recall is also posted on the OECD Global Portal on Product Recalls website.
