Reason / Defects: Due to an internal fault the power hub can overheat, burn and melt. Hazards: Risk of serious injury, death and/or property damage from fire or electric shock. Incidents have occurred. What to do: 1. Stop using affected products immediately and disconnect from the power supply. 2. Contact JasonL to arrange for one of the below remedies: a full refund with a cable cover supplied to cover the opening in your desk. a replacement product without wireless charging functionality with a partial refund. a like for like replacement product. 3.
