Reason / Defects: The product does not comply with the mandatory standard for toys for children up to and including 36 months of age . The seams of the bear may separate and release the small weighted pellets. Hazards: There is a risk of serious injury or death by choking if small pellets are released from the toy and a child places them in their mouth. An incident of seam failure has occurred. What to do: Stop using the bear immediately and place it out of reach of children.
