Product Description & Identification
Reason / Defects: On affected tea infusers, sections of the metal finish on the top metal rim may be loose or raised. Hazards: Risk of injury from cuts or scratches by the loose or raised section of the tea infuser when used. An incident of a consumer being scratched has occurred. What to do: Stop using the product immediately and inspect the product for loose or raised metal materials on the tea infuser. If your product is affected, contact Frank Green to arrange for a full refund and dispose of the product in accordance with local waste disposal requirements.
