Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled product, place it out of the reach of children and contact Spirit Halloween to obtain the screws to secure the battery compartment.For more information, consumers can contact Spirit Halloween toll free at 1-866-586-0155 from 9:00 am to 5:30 pm ET Monday to Friday or e-mail GuestServices@spirithalloween.com or online at www.spirithalloween.com .Please note that the Canada Consumer Product Safety Act prohibits recalled products from being redistributed, sold or even given away in Canada.Health Canada would like to remind Canadians to report any health or safety incidents related to the use of this product or any other consumer product or cosmetic by filling out the Consumer Product Incident Report Form.This recall is also posted on the OECD Global Portal on Product Recalls website.
