Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled Spirit Halloween 48” Black Light Fixture with Bulb and contact Spirit Halloween for a refund.Consumers should be prepared to send a photo of the model number located on the back of the light fixture to guest services to facilitate the full refund. For more information, consumers can contact Spirit Halloween toll free at 1-866-586-0155 from 9:00 am to 5:30 pm ET Monday to Friday or by email or online.Joint recall with Health Canada, the United States Consumer Product Safety Commission (US CPSC) and Spirit Halloween.Please note that the Canada Consumer Product Safety Act prohibits recalled products from being redistributed, sold or even given away in Canada.Health Canada would like to remind Canadians to report any health or safety incidents related to the use of this product or any other consumer product or cosmetic by filling out the Consumer Product Incident Report Form.This recall is also posted on the OECD Global Portal on Product Recalls website.
