Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled modules, unplug them and contact Bose to arrange for a free repair or a discount on a replacement product.For more information, consumers can contact Bose toll-free at 844-730-1333 from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. ET Monday through Friday and from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. ET on Saturday, online at support.bose.com/am-recall or at www.bose.com and click on “Recall Information” at the bottom of the page for more information. Joint recall with Health Canada, the United States Consumer Product Safety Commission (US CPSC), PROFECO (Mexico) and Bose Corporation.Please note that the Canada Consumer Product Safety Act prohibits recalled products from being redistributed, sold or even given away in Canada.Health Canada would like to remind Canadians to report any health or safety incidents related to the use of this product or any other consumer product or cosmetic by filling out the Consumer Product Incident Report Form.This recall is also posted on the OECD Global Portal on Product Recalls website.
