Consumers should immediately determine if their pool is part of the recall, and if so, contact Bestway, Intex or Polygroup to request a repair kit. Consumers should ensure that children cannot access the pool unattended or, alternatively, drain the pool until the repair can be installed.For more information, consumers can contact: Bestway toll-free at (888) 875-5620 from 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. MT Monday through Friday, online, or email at PoolRemedySupport@bestwaycorp.us.Intex toll-free at 800-549-8829, from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. PT, Monday through Friday, online, or by email at recallhelp@intexcorp.com. Polygroup toll-free at 888-621-4137, from 5 a.m. to 11 p.m. MT, Monday through Friday, online, or by email at poolrecall@polygroup.com.Joint recall with Health Canada, the United States Consumer Product Safety Commission (US CPSC) and companies Bestway, Intex and Polygroup.Please note that the Canada Consumer Product Safety Act prohibits recalled products from being redistributed, sold or even given away in Canada.Health Canada would like to remind consumers to report any health or safety incidents related to the use of this product or any other consumer product or cosmetic by filling out the Consumer Product Incident Report Form.This recall is also posted on the OECD Global Portal on Product Recalls website.
