Product Description & Identification

Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled products and dispose of them as per the following guidelines: If the sand is still in its packaging, place it in a heavy-duty plastic bag and double-tape it securely. If the sand has been used, keep people away from areas where the sand was used until the area has been cleaned. To clean the area where the product was used, use wet cloths to avoid generating dust, wear gloves and a mask, double-bag the sand in a heavy-duty plastic bag and double-tape it securely along with the gloves, mask and cloths. Dispose of the product in your general household waste. Consumers may contact the retailer they purchased the recalled products from for a full refund. For further information on these regulations, contact Environment and Climate Change Canada at ec.amiante-asbestos.ec@canada.ca.Health Canada would like to remind consumers to report any health or safety incidents related to the use of this product or any other consumer product or cosmetic by filling out the Consumer Product Incident Report Form.
