Consumers should immediately take the recalled drinking cups away from children, stop using them, and contact Lovevery for a free replacement cup. Consumers will receive a free replacement cup after registering on the firm’s website, uploading a photo of their defaced cup with “X Recalled X” written inside of the cup with a permanent marker and affirming to the firm that the cup will be recycled according to local guidelines, or disposed of in the trash.For more information, consumers can contact Lovevery Inc by telephone toll-free at 1-877-367-3175 from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. EST Monday through Friday, by email or visit the company’s recall website.Joint recall with Health Canada, the United States Consumer Product Safety Commission (US CPSC) and Lovevery Inc.Please note that the Canada Consumer Product Safety Act prohibits recalled products from being redistributed, sold or even given away in Canada.Health Canada would like to remind Canadians to report any health or safety incidents related to the use of this product or any other consumer product or cosmetic by filling out the Consumer Product Incident Report Form.This recall is also posted on the OECD Global Portal on Product Recalls website.
