Consumers can contact Turf Care Products Canada at 905-836-0988 from 7 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. ET, Monday through Friday, or online at www.turfcare.ca.John Deere owners should contact Deere & Company toll-free at 800-537-8233 from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. ET Monday through Friday and 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. ET Saturday, or online at www.deere.com and click on “Product Recall Information” on the drop-down menu under “Services & Support” or https://www.deere.com/en/parts-and-service/recall-information/ for more information.Cub Cadet and Hustler owners should contact a toll-free recall hotline at 1-800-361-5770 from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. ET Monday through Friday, or online at https://www.cubcadet.ca/en/product-recalls.html and/or https://www.hustlerturf.ca/product-recall .Kubota owners in Canada should contact Kubota Canada toll-free at 1-800-405-6916 from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. ET Monday through Friday, or online at https://kubota.ca/contact-us.
