Small parts may detach from the product. Hazards: Risk of serious injury or death from choking if small parts detach from the toy and the child places them in their mouth. What to do: Stop using the toy immediately and place out of reach of children. Cut the strings of the toy and take a photograph before disposing of it in household waste.
