Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled Hey Duggee: Duggee and the Christmas Badge book and contact the retailer for a refund or return it to the library from which it was borrowed. For more information, consumers can contact Penguin Random House Canada customer services by telephone at 1-888-523-9292 from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. EST, or by email at customerservicescanada@penguinrandomhouse.com. Please note that the Canada Consumer Product Safety Act prohibits recalled products from being redistributed, sold or even given away in Canada. Health Canada would like to remind consumers to report any health or safety incidents related to the use of this product or any other consumer product or cosmetic by filling out the Consumer Product Incident Report Form.
