Remedies › Name	Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled stool, disassemble and discard all parts except for one leg. Hammacher Schlemmer is sending a prepaid mailer to known customers to return the stool leg. Customers who haven't received a prepaid mailer should contact Hammacher Schlemmer. Upon receipt of a stool leg, Hammacher Schlemmer will issue a full refund to the payment card used to purchase the stool and send a $25 Hammacher Schlemmer gift certificate to the customer.
