Remedies › Name	Consumers should immediately stop using and detach the TV from the stand and keep both the TV and the base in a safe location. Consumers should contact Haier America to request a free replacement stand neck to be used with the original base. Consumers with a wall-mounted TV may continue to use it but should request a free replacement stand neck in case the TV is used with the stand in the future.
