Product Description & Identification

Affected consumers should stop using the recalled product and contact Future Motion to request, free of charge, the replacement footpads and instructions for installation. The replacement footpads and instructions will be mailed to consumers who can complete the repairs themselves. Where requested, consumers may also send their GT to Future Motion to complete the replacement, free of charge. Only consumers with boards containing the original footpad will be asked to participate in the recall. Consumers should visit Future Motion’s recall website and input the serial number located on the underside of the bottom rail of the GT, to determine whether the footpad is included as part of this recall.Information on the recall will be available on the Onewheel website at recall.onewheel.com. Consumers will also be able to contact Future Motion by phone at 1-800-283-7943 10am-4pm PT Monday through Friday for additional information.Joint recall with Health Canada, the United States Consumer Product Safety Commission (US CPSC) and Future Motion Inc.Consumers may view the release by the US CPSC on the Commission’s website.Please note that the Canada Consumer Product Safety Act prohibits recalled products that pose a danger to human health or safety from being redistributed, sold or even given away in Canada.Health Canada would like to remind Canadians to report any health or safety incidents or concerns related to the use of this product or any other consumer product or cosmetic by filling out the Consumer Product Incident Report Form.This recall is also posted on the OECD Global Portal on Product Recalls website.
