The lot number can be found on the garment tag located at the neck opening of the costume (see image).<BR/><b>Hazard identified:</b> Health Canada's sampling and evaluation program has determined that the recalled children's costume does not meet the flammability requirements under the<em> Toys Regulations</em>. If exposed to ignition sources such as stove elements, candles, matches or lighters, the costume can catch fire, posing a risk to children.
